What are the shipping costs?

Australia:

Free standard shipping on orders over $50.00 AUD 

$10 AUD shipping on orders under $50.00 AUD 

Please allow extra days for delivery to rural addresses.  

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we can not be held responsible for un-deliveres orders due to incorrect delivery details. 

No order changes or cancellation once the order has been placed.

Worldwide:  If you wish to purchase items internationally please get in contact with us here, as shipping prices are calculated based on product and not all products can be shipped Internationally. Please also be aware you might be liable for any duties or taxes charged on your order for all countries - if you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded by Sole Theory .

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We aim to process, pack and get your order dispatched to you within 1-3 business days. Please note we ship orders on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following business day.

However if we are having a store discount or a new season launch due to the large amount of orders we receive our processing times can be longer and the expected time delay can be 5-7 business days. We appreciate your patience while our team works hard to get the orders dispatched as fast as we can.
